A Flexible Venue in the Heart of Whitefish
Whether you're planning a family celebration, wedding reception, reunion, retirement party, business meeting, seminar, or community gathering, the Whitefish Community Center offers a welcoming and versatile space for your event. Located in the heart of downtown Whitefish, the Center provides a convenient setting for both local guests and visitors, with shops, restaurants, hotels, and attractions just a short walk away.
Spacious and Comfortable Accommodations
The facility features a large open floor plan that can be divided into two separate areas using the folding partition, providing flexibility for a variety of event types and group sizes. The building has a legal occupancy of up to 190 guests and includes a large inventory of folding tables and chairs available for renter use. Comfortable living room-style sofas and lounge chairs are also available, offering inviting spaces for guests to relax, socialize, and visit throughout your event.
Accessible and Convenient
The entire building is wheelchair accessible, with ground level access at the main entrance and a ramp located at the rear emergency exit. The Center has multi-stall men's and women's restrooms. Heating, air conditioning, and ceiling fans help ensure year-round comfort for all attendees.
Kitchen Facilities
The kitchen is equipped with refrigeration and food-warming facilities to support catering and food service needs. Please note that this is not a commercial kitchen, and the preparation of food for public sale is prohibited.
Parking
The Center shares a parking lot of 25+ spaces with Kay Beller Park next door.
RENTAL FEES
Meetings/Events - $75 per hour
Nonprofit Rate - $25 per hour
(2 hour minimum on all rentals)
Service Fee: $30.00
Security Deposit: 50% of rental
ALCOHOL
The serving and consumption of alcohol on premises carries certain restrictions and should be mentioned to us in the Request a Quote.
DRUG FREE
Use of recreational drugs is strickly prohibited in our facility and on the grounds.
FOOD PREP
The kitchen is equipped with heating and refrigeration facilities for your use. However, it is not a commercial kitchen and the preparation of food for sale to the public is prohibited.
