Director of Operations
The Director of Operations shall be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Whitefish Community Center (WCC). This person oversees all operations including building maintenance, fundraising, program development, establishing and maintaining HR practices, budget monitoring, rental contract management, website and social media oversight, public outreach and staff management. The coordinator reports directly to the President of the Board of Directors. As an integral part of a multifaceted team, this position requires great communication, exemplary professional, and cooperation skills. The Director shall present a confident, pleasant, positive and welcoming image to all that interact with the Center.
Skills Required

Knowledge and ability to operate a Windows based computer system including Google Workplace and Microsoft Office

Manage confidential databases of clients, members, volunteers and donors

Adhere to all Job Duties established by the Board of Directors

Manage income and expenses with bookkeeper
-
Communicate with and oversee independent contractors
-
Develop, execute and manage community activities approved by the Board of Directors

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing

Ability to maintain cooperative working relationships

Ability to oversee and implement public safety procedures established by the Board of Directors

Maintain and update monthly newsletter for members

Must be able to organize and analyze information for preparation of clear and concise reporting

Ability to supervise, train and retain MOW Coordinator

Ability to prioritize

Knowledge of grant writing and non-profit fundraising practices

Execute clear phone communication

Ability to be respectful and sensitive to the diverse needs of the volunteers and clients of the MOW Program.

Ability to follow direction from the Board of Directors and work independently to complete daily tasks.

Ability to administer CPR and operate an AED

Ability to lift 25 pounds daily

Work in tandem with county professionals to provide oversight reporting
Director starts at $22/hr M-F 9am - 2pm 25-30 hours per week
Meals On Wheels Coordinator
The Meals on Wheels Coordinator shall be responsible for the coordination and operation of the WCC Meals on Wheels Program. The coordinator reports to and collaborates with the Director of Operations. The MOW Coordinator manages and a oversees all aspects of the community food delivery program including kitchen safety management, volunteer recruitment, retention, scheduling and county oversight reporting. As an integral part of a multifaceted team, this position requires good communication and cooperation skills.
