Update on Membership
Our 2021 membership drive has not yet gotten off the ground. Between Covid and having to vacate our building from October to February, it just got put on the proverbial “back burner”. Now, as spring approaches and Covid appears to be diminishing, we are ready to resume renewing our existing members and finding new ones!
Currently we are seeking approval from Flathead County to reopen, using Covid protocol and precautions. This means we hope to offer social dining, classes, and programs soon. It means we also want to ramp up the Community Center Membership Drive on April 1. With that in mind, we have accepted the reality that it is time to increase our membership fee. Our existing rate of $10 annually does not even net the Community Center $1 per month per member. The inevitable change is coming. The new rate will be established at the next board meeting in March.
Some of you have already renewed, and we thank you for that. Those who want to renew before the price increase may do so now, before the Membership Drive officially starts on April 1. If you want to renew by credit card, you can do that on our website. Or you can send a check to our office, along with your current mailing address, phone number, email, and birth day and month (not year). The address is 121 2nd St East in Whitefish. If you wish to drop by to become a member, that is fine too. We do require a mask and social distancing. Our door is open from 9am to 2pm Monday through Friday.

Free automated daily wellness call to assure you are not in need of assistance.
