BOOK CLUB NEWS

The Book Club meets at the Center the third Friday of each month from 1:00 to 3:00 pm. Come and join the group to meet new people and discuss the Book of the Month. Never been part of a book club before? No worries. We are a friendly, congenial group and easy to become a part of. Each month one of our members volunteers to lead and direct our discussion.

The book we are reading for the October 21 discussion is Station Eleven by Emily St. John Mandel. This is a suspenseful, spellbinding novel that will keep you eager to read each page. In November we will be reading Alex & Eliza by Melissa de la Cruz, and in December, our classic book for the year will be To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee.
