Here Are Your Bus Options

Flathead County’s “Eagle Transit” is a real asset to our community. It offers 13 regular bus stops within Whitefish and each ride costs $1.00. It runs Monday through Friday (except holidays) from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.

If you are a senior or disabled person, you may take advantage of Dial-A- Ride, whose vehicles are lift equipped. This service, which also costs only $1.00 per trip, will pick you up at your door and take you to a destination other than the regular bus stop, provided it is within the normal service area. An application must be submitted and approved to use the Dial-A-Ride.

If you plan to use the bus frequently, a monthly pass is available for $25. Another option is to purchase a $10.00 punch card. In all other situations, exact change is required when you board the bus.

For questions or further information about shuttles between Kalispell, Columbia Falls, and Whitefish please call Eagle Transit at 406-758-5827 or contact them on-line at flathead/mt.gov/eagle.
