Get out of your “funk” and learn some new life skills. This Stanford University Program presented by the Montana Department of Health and Human Services is designed to get your drive and energy back on track. It will run on consecutive Mondays, starting May 8, from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. Classes are held in the activity room at the Whitefish Community Center.If you are dealing with a chronic disease or condition, this program is perfect for you. If you feel you are not living your “best” life, come learn how to improve it.The program comes at no cost, but pre-enrollment is required.
